feat: 初始化NestJS项目基础结构

添加项目基础文件和配置，包括：
- 核心模块(app.module, app.controller, app.service)
- 认证模块(auth.controller, auth.service)
- 文章和标签模块(post.controller, tag.controller)
- Prisma ORM配置和数据库模型
- 测试配置和基础测试用例
- 项目配置文件(tsconfig, prettier, eslint等)
- 开发环境配置(vscode调试配置)
